Frequently asked questions

Does Elara handle open-gym access?

Elara runs the classes your members book. For door access and card scanning, keep the access system you use today.

Can I sell memberships and class packs side by side?

Yes. Members on a renewing plan book classes as part of it, and pack holders spend a credit per class, or more for classes you price higher.

Can staff clock in and out?

Yes. Staff clock in at the front desk with a PIN, managers approve the hours, then export payroll to CSV.

We use Mindbody or Kenko today. What comes across?

Customers, memberships, credit balances, sessions and upcoming bookings, from Kenko exports or a Mindbody snapshot. A rehearsal shows anything that wouldn't import cleanly before anything changes. Saved cards and payment subscriptions don't transfer, so plan how members will add their card again. On another system? Tell us which one when you ask for a quote.
