Frequently asked questions
Can guests book for their friends?
Yes. A signed-in customer can add friends to their booking. Each friend takes a place, and new friends get an email with any waiver to sign.
Can I run private suites for one or two people?
Yes. Make the session private only with a capacity of one or two, or let a shared session be booked privately while nobody has booked a place in it.
How do I sell a sauna and cold plunge circuit?
As one session. Set its capacity to the tightest part of the circuit, which is usually the plunge, because Elara doesn't reserve the sauna and the plunge separately.
How do I leave time for cleaning between sessions?
Schedule the next session to start once the room has been reset. Customers can only book the times you publish.
Can members bring a guest?
Yes. Give a membership a number of guest passes each month, and members can bring a friend without paying for the friend's place.
We use Mindbody or Kenko today. What comes across?
Customers, memberships, credit balances, sessions and upcoming bookings, from Kenko exports or a Mindbody snapshot. A rehearsal shows anything that wouldn't import cleanly before anything changes. Saved cards and payment subscriptions don't transfer, so plan how members will add their card again. On another system? Tell us which one when you ask for a quote.
