The timetable
Weekly classes cost one credit. A two-and-a-half-hour inversions workshop has twelve places and its own price.

Monday
A student buys a ten-class pack on your website, books three flow classes and sees the balance after each one.

Wednesday
The workshop takes no credits and no memberships, so pack holders and members pay the workshop price when they book it.

Saturday
The 9 a.m. flow class is full with three people waiting. Someone cancels the night before, and the first person waiting is booked and emailed.
Frequently asked questions
Can students sign up for a teacher training or a multi-week course?
Students are booked into each date of a course separately. To sell the course at one price, give its sessions their own category, sell a pack with a credit for each date that covers only that category, and limit the course to that pack. When a student buys, staff book them into every date straight away, so a busy week cannot fill before they have a place. The pack is paid in one payment.
Can a workshop cost extra for members?
Yes. Give the workshop its own price and choose which packs and memberships, if any, cover it. Everyone else pays the workshop price when they book.
Can a membership include a set number of classes a month?
Monthly and yearly memberships are unlimited. To sell, say, eight classes a month, sell an eight-class pack that expires after 30 days.
Can I run an intro offer for new students?
Yes. Sell a two-week unlimited pass or a small class pack on your website, and check at the desk that buyers are new to the studio.
Can students book livestreamed classes?
Elara books in-person classes at your locations. If you also teach online, run the stream and share its link from your video tool.
We use Mindbody or Kenko today. What comes across?
Customers, memberships, credit balances, sessions and upcoming bookings, from Kenko exports or a Mindbody snapshot. A rehearsal shows anything that wouldn't import cleanly before anything changes. Saved cards and payment subscriptions don't transfer, so plan how members will add their card again. On another system? Tell us which one when you ask for a quote.
