How it works
A widget for each page
Show every session on your booking page, or only one location's sessions on that location's page. Put plans and packs on a memberships page, and give returning customers an account page for their bookings.
Two tags to install
Paste the shared script and a widget tag into any page that accepts custom HTML, then add that domain to your allowed list. Booking and checkout happen on that page.
Always up to date
The widget loads sessions, places and rules from Elara each time it opens, so there's nothing to republish when your timetable changes.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a developer to install it?
Usually not. You copy two tags from Website Integration, paste them into a page that accepts custom HTML and add your domain to the allowed list. Try it on an unlisted page before you link to it.
Will the widget match my brand?
It uses your studio name and brand color, in a light, dark or match-the-device theme, and opens on the daily or weekly view you choose.
Does it work with Squarespace, Wix or WordPress?
It works on pages that accept custom HTML. Add it to an unlisted page first and make a test booking from your phone. If you're unsure about your website builder, ask us.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They book on your website and manage their bookings from the account page there. They can also add bookings to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and the calendar updates when a booking changes.
